How do I know if I have received any mail?

As a client of an INITIA Virtual Office, we will notify all your mail via email so that you can come over and pick it up on the same day or at your convenience. If you wish, we can forward it to your address by courier or regular mail (we send client’s mail every two weeks, while courier services are sent daily). If you have contracted the Virtual Office Scan, Plus or Oro package, we will scan the mail you request and sent it to you by email immediately.

Is the mail scanning service secure?

Our mail scanning service is adapted to the General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016, respecting the principle of integrity and confidentiality contained in Article 5, since personal data will be processed in such a way as to ensure adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage, through the implementation of appropriate technical or organizational measures.
